France to Change Flag

In a freak turn of events, France has voted to change the national flag.

France for years has sported the familiar blue, white, and red tricolor design, but has reportedly opted to go with an all white flag instead.

“I think it will help let ze world know what we are about,” said François Hollande, president of France. “We look forward to unveiling ze new flag in ze coming months.”

I personally like the idea of a new flag for France for two reasons. The first, only one country deserves to have the red white and blue and that is the U.S. of A.. The second, a white flag seems fitting for a country with a consistent and undeniable history of surrendering during military conflict.

Vive la France.
